Nothing tranquil here, as we see the sunlight strike the threatening cumulus clouds as the build above the distant sea and cast an ominous pall over the water below. The three small boats, tethered to their moorings, will be in no danger of blowing out to sea, but when their owners return after the storm they may find them filled with water and submerged to the gunwales.
